RoboSell
We were responsible for developing RoboSell, a web product that supports the automation of inquiry form sales and customer management. RoboSell is a service that streamlines new business development and post-response follow-ups by automatically filling out and submitting inquiry forms on corporate websites.
The official website provides an overview of the service, specific use cases, pricing plans, and FAQs. It is designed so that users can smoothly start using the service by creating a free account, enabling them to manage the leads they acquire and execute phased approaches based on customer scores.
In this project, alongside building a flexible infrastructure for aggregating and managing customer information, we developed an AI system that detects inquiry pages on corporate sites, analyzes form fields, and automatically inputs and submits appropriate content. The AI server was built using FastAPI, combining natural language processing technologies such as SentenceTransformer and spaCy to achieve highly accurate form analysis. For complex cases, we adopted a design that uses the OpenAI API supplementally, improving analysis accuracy while keeping costs under control.
Additionally, separate from the web system, we developed automated and manual submission applications using C# and Playwright. Beyond simply automating browser operations, we implemented features to determine the success or failure of automated submissions and assess the status of target URLs. This design ensures that cases difficult to automate are smoothly handed over to manual operators, creating a system that effectively complements actual business processes.
