Yoshiken Fudosan Co., Ltd.

We were responsible for the website reconstruction of Yoshiken Fudosan Co., Ltd., a real estate agency providing local property information primarily in the Mabi area of Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture. The company offers a wide range of community-based real estate services, from properties for sale—such as land, new homes, and existing homes—to rental properties including apartments, condominiums, and commercial spaces.

The official website provides clear pathways for users to search for property information based on their goals, whether they are looking to buy or rent. In addition to property listings, the site features the latest news, company overview, and portals for booking store visits and making inquiries, allowing users seeking real estate to gather information and consult smoothly.

In this project, we reconstructed a site that had been initially launched using an existing WordPress theme to support an early release, transforming it to better align with the company’s brand image and business operations. By reviewing the site’s overall information structure and systematically organizing the diverse property information and guides, we significantly improved readability for users.

On the implementation side, we comprehensively renewed both the design and functionality along with the migration to a new WordPress theme. We optimized the layout according to the content structure and improved visibility, implementing a website that allows users to navigate to their desired properties or inquiry portals without hesitation.
