DocTrack
We were responsible for the development of DocTrack, an integrated business system for managing the distribution of sales and marketing content alongside customer behavior analysis. The system enables users to share content such as PDFs, videos, inquiry forms, and redirects with customers, while recording and analyzing behavioral data including viewing activity, access counts, session time, page transitions, and CTA clicks.
In this project, we handled responsibilities ranging from server setup to backend and frontend implementation, creating a system that brings together customer information, distributed content, and behavioral history. The system integrates dashboards, customer lists, access analysis, analytics, scoring, tracking, templates, and user management, allowing teams to review and use the information required for sales activities within a single operational environment.
Technically, the project began with a PHP, MySQL, and jQuery-based stack. As feature expansion introduced new requirements for speed, performance, and extensibility, we migrated the system to an architecture using Next.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL. The migration retained existing functionality while moving the product to an architecture better suited to future feature development and data processing.
We also implemented email and SMS delivery, scheduled and trigger-based sending, CSV-based customer data import, advertising and user analytics, a payment function that supports plan changes, and authorization management including sub-user management and site invitations. In addition, we established an integration foundation for external systems and data sources—including forms, business card data, CALLTREE, and RoboSell—so that customer touchpoints, analysis, communication, and day-to-day operations can be managed in an integrated manner.
